 OPEN & CLUB DIVISIONS WILL BE OFFERED

 INDIVIDUAL AWARDS FOR OVERALL FIRST PLACE & SECOND PLACE IN EACH DIVISION

ENTRY FEE $400 PER TEAM

ENTRY DEADLINE FEBRUARY 5, 2011 or UNTIL SPACE IS FILLED

NUMBER OF ENTRIES IS LIMITED

OFFICIALS: We will provide first official for all matches. 

           You provide second official, 2 lines persons, 2 scorekeepers.

FORMAT: Most divisions will be best 2 out of 3 games, minimum of 6 matches guaranteed 

        (unless team receives a bye into the second round of playoffs and loses).

        Format subject to change if number of teams required is not met.  

        All teams start playoffs on Sunday.  

        Playoffs are single elimination.
