2012 Entry Procedures
HOW TO ENTER:
Use this link below to go to www.advancedeventsystems.com. You do not have to enter a roster in
order to signup for the tournament. Just create your team first and then you can add
the rosters at a later time. If you do not have USA numbers for your players, just
enter IN PROCESS in the appropriate field. If you do not have a JNC code, the
system will generate one for you. Entries will be allowed on or after December 1, 2011.
ENTRY FEES: Your entry fee ($400 per team) is due to me no later than 10 days after you enter via the
web site. If payment is not received, your team(s) will be removed. Confirmation is not finalized until is appears as
confirmed on the Advanced Event Systems site.

ROSTERS: Your rosters must be entered via www.advancedeventsystesm.com by 3/1/2012. Rosters are only required
for the 18’s, 17’s and 16’s – both Open and Club. Failure to do so will result in your team being left out of the
college recruiting guide.
WAITING LIST: If the division you wish to enter is full and you want to be put on the waiting list for
the division, email request to me at rkdonahoo@comcast.net. If you are willing to play a
different division and space is available, please make sure you enter via www.advancedeventsystems.com. You may still
send in a waiting list request for the other division.
CHECK-IN: None required. All updates will be posted to the website. Please check this frequently.
REFUND POLICY: Teams may receive a refund if they withdraw 21 days prior to the event and teams were not turned away in
the same division.
